Who has never had tacos before? If you raised your hand then I am with you. Last night I put my faith in this Jamie Oliver’s 15-minute meals recipe to guide me through my first Mexican journey. And I could say that it was the best tacos I’ve ever had! All the flavours went really well together: crunchy taco shells; refried black beans hidden at the base with a hint of cumin; fresh lettuce, tomatoes and apple salad with chilli lime dressing – not to forget creamy avo; crispy pork belly spiced with fennel seed and paprika; and also generous drops of fresh chilli youghurt. It was sooo good that I feel like putting on my sombrero and say, “Esta taco mexicano es muy delicioso!” (Credit: Google Translate)
